			ἠέρος ἐν κόλπῳ πάταγον φρικώδε’ ἔχουσαι,
			πνεύμασιν ἀντίσπαστοι ἐπιδρομάδην παταγεῦσαι,
			ὑμᾶς νῦν λίτομαι, δροσοείμονες, εὔπνοοι αὔραις,
			πέμπειν καρποτρόφους ὄμβρους ἐπὶ μητέρα γαῖαν.
